ToolsBench
A free collection of everyday tools for images, PDFs, documents, video, audio, text and code. No installs and no sign-up, and most tools run entirely in the browser, so files stay on your own device.
- Problem
- The free online tools I kept finding came with a catch: installs, sign-ups, or files uploaded to someone else's server.
- Solution
- One fast, prerendered Next.js site with 197 tools in 15 categories. Wherever possible the processing happens client-side in the browser, so files stay on the visitor's device.
- Result
- Open a tool, drop in a file, download the result. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
